CANCELLATION POLICY
o ensure availability for all clients, Eden Rose Health & Wellness requires at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment if adequate notice is provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide exceptional service to all clients.
